The Force Field For Dining Out —Tips to Avoid Diet Sabotage

Don’t let eating out at restaurants and all the upcoming weddings, special events and summer parties get you down. Arm yourself with some great tips for handling your appetite and making great choices so you can stay on track with easy weight loss programs!
  1. When you’re with a group, be the first to order so you won't be tempted by the choices of others in the group. Even the best FDA approved weight control capsules can be ineffective when you follow others' leads!
  2. Keep your portion sizes in check. Restaurant portions can be two and three times the necessary size... or even more! Order a salad as a starter and split an entrée with a friend. At your next visit to one of our weight loss clinics, ask to see an example of a normal, healthy portion size.
  3. Scale down the size of the menu yourself! Order a salad and an appetizer as your entrée, or a side dish and a salad. When working with easy weight loss programs, you will know which side dishes will be best for you and the success of your medical weight loss goals.
  4. Avoid the Super Size menu. Fast food is already a threat to the best quick weight loss programs—and even patients taking FDA approved medical weight loss pills. Either order one of the healthy salads or wrap options or try something small, like a basic burger without cheese. Skip the fries and soda if you can. Another great option is to order a children's meal. Ask for ideas at one of our local slim down centers.
  5. Skip the extras. While the basic burger served with ketchup, lettuce and tomato isn't so bad, one with “everything on it” can be an absolute sabotage to the caloric intake of a quick weight loss plan or medical weight loss programs. If you are using medical diet pills or working with one of the many available quick weight loss programs, hopefully your cravings are in check. Skip the bacon, cheese, mayonnaise, double servings of burgers or extra buns. Several fast food chains offer the “protein style” burger, which is served in lettuce instead of buns, or you can always take one bun off.
Hopefully, these tips will arm you with some protection for your medical weight loss programs. Whether you choose weight loss pills, medical diet pills or other weight loss products, make sure to engage the assistance of a medical professional like the physicians available at one of our medical weight loss centers.
