Our program guidelines constitute the core of our weight loss program. The guidelines provide easy to follow nutritional advice and instructions. Diets which require individuals to count calories, track carbohydrates or to restrict certain foods, do more harm by creating feelings of deprivation and an increased obsession for food. Also, these diets cause increased feelings of grief or guilt for those who are unable to adhere fully to all the requirements. When these negative feelings occur, what usually follows is over-eating and then invariably, abandonment of the program. Our program is simple.
